Mark Webster Spends 5 Hours on Eating and Exercising Per Day
Dwayne Johnson’s daily diet consists of 7 meals that contain 5000 calories altogether. He consumes about 2 lbs of cod on a daily basis. Mark Webster claims that this diet is expensive and time-consuming.
During this month, he spent 1262 dollars on food. His daily costs were about 42 dollars, out of which 18 dollars were just for cod.
He spends 60 to 90 minutes a day preparing his meals. The consumption of each of these meals lasts 20 minutes, which means that he spends 2 hours and 20 minutes daily only on eating.
In order to get in shape, Mark started training 6 days a week, resting on Sundays. His workout routine consists of 60 minutes of cardio accompanied by 90 minutes of weightlifting.
Within this month, he has spent 60 hours on exercising. This training plan allows him to burn about 3500 calories a day.
The Results after 30 Days of Following Dwayne Johnson’s Workout Plan
When Mark Webster started this program, he weighed 93.4 kilograms. After these 30 days, his weight is 93.9 kilograms. Even though he has consumed 5000 calories a day, his weight has remained almost the same.
His muscle mass, on the other hand, has significantly increased. He has reduced his body fat, and he has built noticeable muscles on his arms and legs.
According to Webster, training like The Rock is very challenging. It requires a lot of time and discipline, and it can’t be accomplished by everyone.
