Hold the position for 2 seconds, and then return the knee to your chest. Perform 10 repetitions before doing the same with the other leg. You should do 2 sets of 10 repetitions with each leg.
Downward Dog to Plank
This exercise will help you to tone your lower belly. Kneel on your hands and legs and place your wrists in front of your shoulders. Place your knees hip-width apart and curl up your toes.
Then, exhale and lift your knees up, extending your sit bones toward the ceiling. Straighten the legs in a downward dog position by pushing through your heels.
Hold the position for five slow and deep breaths. Afterward, inhale and move your body into a plank position. Exhale and return into a downward dog position.
You should repeat this exercise 5 times. If necessary, you may rest between the repetitions.
The crunch exercise is excellent for flattening your belly and toning your abs. Lie down on your back and bend your knees at a 90-degree angle.
Pull your belly button in and curl your truck up. While doing so, keep your neck and head in line with your body. Continue pulling your belly in during the entire movement. You should do 3 sets of 25 repetitions.
