The first reason is connected to the water. Well, lack of it. When the body is dehydrated and is in need for water, and it is not given some, it can unfortunately lead to some serious medical conditions.

For an example, if you drink a lot of alcohol or coffee, you definitely must have a daily intake of 6-8 glasses of water. When the body lacks water, it starts looking for liquids anywhere in the body, causing bloating and fluid retention.

This is why you have to drink a lot of water on a daily basis. And once you’ve solved the fluids in your body, it is time to turn to fiber, for if you do not have enough fiber intake, a constipation occurs.

Eat more berries, consume whole grain bread instead of regular wheat bread, and drink a lot of smoothies. With this you can slowly increase the fiber level in your body. Make sure you don’t do it at once, for it might worsen the constipation.

Bloating can also be caused by too much stress. The digestive system is prevented to work properly as it should, when the body is under pressure or stress.

Here you can also cause constipation or stomach ache, so if you are suffering from stress, make sure to relieve it as soon as possible in order not to create further troubles to the body.

The food, if not chewed properly,can cause damage to the body by not being processed as it should, leading to bloating. Here it is also very significant to eat your meals in small bites and slowly, for the food to process better.

Bloating can also occur by eating too much carbs. Luckily, this is an easy problem to resolve, all you need to do is replace the alcohol and sugar with low crab products, such as vegetables and fruits.
