To prepare this tonic you will need the following ingredients: five roughly chopped garlic cloves, one tablespoon of chopped ginger, half a yellow onion, roughly chopped, two roughly chopped red chili peppers, lemon juice out of one lemon and unfiltered, raw apple cider vinegar.

Now how to prepare it. First, place the chopped onion in a jar, following the garlic and then the peppers. After that, carefully put some of the chopped ginger. Then pour the lemon juice on top of it all.

Finally, add the vinegar and leave just about one cm at the top of the jar free. Close the jar and put it away.
