So, basically, the best way to consume the garlic is raw. It contains an ingredient called allicin, decentralized by heat.
To make this ingredient more active, crush the clove and leave it like that for 15 minutes before eating it. But always eat this on an empty stomach, in order for the body to obtain the nutrients it needs.
There is one use of this ingredient, and that is you can mix the garlic with honey. A tablespoon of honey with two or three chopped garlic cloves, mixed up in one, and you will have more energy than ever before.
Another use you can have of the garlic is to make a garlic flu tonic. To prepare this tonic you will need the following ingredients: five roughly chopped garlic cloves, one tablespoon of chopped ginger, half a yellow onion, roughly chopped, two roughly chopped red chili peppers, lemon juice out of one lemon and unfiltered, raw apple cider vinegar.
Now how to prepare it. First, place the chopped onion in a jar, following the garlic and then the peppers. After that, carefully put some of the chopped ginger. Then pour the lemon juice on top of it all.
Finally, add the vinegar and leave just about one cm at the top of the jar free. Close the jar and put it away.
